What is your policy on heat-sensitive products?
We take great care in packing chocolates and gummies; however, we cannot guarantee they won't melt during transit in high temperatures. We recommend selecting express shipping if you live in a warm climate or are ordering during summer months.
Can I return food items if I change my mind?
Due to health and safety regulations, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on food products for change of mind. If your order is damaged or incorrect, please contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery.
